Custom Plastic Welding: Tamco can weld custom tanks, fume hoods, dipping baskets, lab ware products and more out of either Polypropylene or Polyethylene to your specifications. 

   

Custom Rotational Molding: Tamco rotationally molds hundreds of different products.  We can also manufacture custom products upon customer request.
   
 Tamco Rotational Molded Tanks
Tamco means industrial strength tanks that can be modified with fittings, baffles, weir dams, holes, fittings, spigots and more.  In many cases we can increase tank wall thickness for extra strength.

PVC Tank Paddles
Made from rigid PVC - 1 plastic. Strong, will not rust. Excellent for mixing chemicals in large tanks or vats. Gray color only. Blade size - 3-3/8” x 12” x 3/16”.

Low Density Polyethylene Tanks
Cylindrical tanks with straight sides and squared external flange. For working temperatures to 140° F and intermittent service to 160° F. Tanks are self supporting, graduated and wall thickness is approx. 5/32".

More Polyethylene Tanks
Polypropylene Tanks
Heavy duty welded cylindrical and rectangular tanks are self supporting and good for operating temperatures to 200° F. Translucent for viewing liquid levels. Not recommended for use with chromic or nitric acids. Tank dimensions are I.D.

More Polypropylene Tanks
Dipping Basket
The polypropylene construction of these baskets offers a broader range of chemical resistance than stainless steel or titanium, and at a lesser cost. They are lightweight and will actually float.
